As a familiar old friend, after warm greetings, he showed great interest in the high-quality truck spare parts he had ordered this time, such as rubber mounts and thrust rods. In order to reassure the client, we decided to accompany him to our product manufacturing factory, witnessing together the birth of high-quality products.
Upon arriving at the factory, our factory technicians patiently explained to us the key points in the production of high-quality truck spare parts. It must be a product born after high-quality raw materials, precise production processes, and strict testing. These steps are indispensable. For example, in the case of rubber mount products, the rubber raw materials used are imported from rubber-producing countries in Southeast Asia such as Thailand, which are renowned for their rubber industry worldwide. Therefore, in the procurement of raw materials, we have chosen Thai Grade 3 and Indonesian Grade 1 rubber. Through observing the cross-section, we can see that the quality of imported rubber is very good.

Then we visited the production line of the factory where the products are made together, such as the injection molding process. During the melting of the glue, time is also a very important factor. There is a fundamental difference between the production process where the glue is compressed and molded in 1 minute and the one where it is compressed and molded in 8 seconds. The shorter the time for compression molding of the glue, the denser the density after molding, and the better the rubber molding process.To achieve this level of craftsmanship, it is essential to have professional large-scale injection molding machines in the factory and guidance from professional technical engineers.

Similarly, for products such as V-shaped thrust rods, straight thrust rods, and torsion rubber cores that are of interest to customers, we have watched together with the customers the important production processes of these products, such as the selection of raw materials for torsion rubber cores, the differences in hardness of two types of steel, and the strict material ratio of nylon rubber sleeve raw materials, which will bring an optimized experience to the products.


The welding process, quenching technology, and oxidation treatment of V-shaped thrust rod products can increase the corrosion resistance of the products and also make them more heat-resistant.

The testing phase of the thrust rod involves a push-pull test of 1800 times to meet the minimum standard quality. If the test exceeds 2000 times, the product is considered high-quality. What impressed our customers is that our product showed no significant damage even after reaching 2400 push-pull tests.
