If the engine is the "heart" of a truck, then the air filter is its "lungs." Just as the heart and lungs are vital for the human body, they are equally crucial for trucks.

Han Tang Mechanical's air filters are among the company's most exported products, with an annual export quantity of around 100,000 units. In the feedback received from customers over the past year, considerations for purchasing our products are often based on quality and price. Here are some common remarks we hear:
1."Your products are excellent; the air filters I've purchased in the last 5 years have been very durable."
2."I bought the most expensive air filter from your company, but it didn't last long. Why?"
3."Why do some of your cheaper air filters have a longer lifespan than the more expensive ones here?"

Considering these different feedback scenarios, let's imagine your customer has purchased an expensive air filter with a robust metal casing, highly resistant to wear and shock. However, its paper filtering element has only average filtration efficiency. If the truck operates in a dusty environment, the filter quickly loses its effectiveness, leading the customer to believe there's a problem with the product. However, the real issue lies in the mismatch between the product and the truck's working conditions.

We need to recommend products based on the truck's operating environment; only then can they be considered the best fit. Our technical experts have shared recommendations for selecting air filters based on different road conditions:

1.Gravel roads: Choose filters with high wear resistance, such as high-quality metal or ceramic filters, as gravel particles can cause significant engine wear.

2. Dusty roads: Opt for filters with strong filtration capabilities to prevent dust from entering the engine. Imported filters with multiple layers of thick filter paper are an excellent choice. In urban construction sites with dust control measures, domestically produced filter papers, which are relatively inexpensive, also offer good filtration.

3.Mountainous or rough terrain: For vehicles operating in mines, like dump trucks and mining vehicles, select filters with strong shock resistance to counteract the impact of uneven surfaces. Rubber shock-absorbing filters effectively absorb vibrations, extending the engine's lifespan.

4.Regular highway transport: For most tractor-trailers and highway transportation, choose filters with good filtration efficiency and longer replacement cycles to reduce engine wear and maintenance costs. Oil filters, often made of paper or metal mesh, have a relatively long replacement period.

At Han Tang Mechanical, we always adhere to the principle of producing high-quality products to create wealth for our customers. Wishing everyone a prosperous winter in their business endeavors!
