Therefore, we requested the customer's truck model and chassis number for verification. After reconfirming, we found that the issue was not with the power take-off unit, but rather the engine purchased by the customer did not match their mixer truck, leading to the problem of inability to use."

After this verification, the customer resolved his issue and purchased a new engine and PTO power take-off unit from our company that matched his mixer truck.

When we saw the photo of the customer's truck PTO driveshaft, we found that it was also severely aged.
