During the loading process, we found that the two most common items shipped were rubber supports and engine supports. Firstly, these two products are completely different and their appearance can be seen from the pictures to be different. In English, the accurate name of rubber support is "Rubber Bearing", which is often referred to as "Rubber Support" by customers. When relying solely on language descriptions, we may confuse it with engine support, leading to incorrect pricing. Therefore, providing product numbers and product images is the most effective way of consulting with products.

Secondly, both products are made of rubber and their functions are to provide support in trucks. Rubber bearings mainly serve to support the rear cargo compartment of the truck, while engine supports are used to ensure the stability of the engine during vehicle operation. The locations where they are used are different.

Regarding the material of these two products, most of our company's products are made of imported natural rubber. For rubber supports, this material is wear-resistant, pressure-resistant, and suitable for one-time injection molding with a large density and long service life. 

We can use some small tricks to judge the quality of these two products. Most of the rubber parts in trucks are similar to these, and we can judge the quality of the product by its appearance and smell. Products with fine appearance are mostly of good quality, and we can also judge by smell. Imported natural rubber has no unpleasant odor, which represents that there is no addition of impurities. Most of these products are of good quality.
