The Economic Commission for Europe (ECE) aims to create a uniform system of regulations relating to vehicle design. Vehicles which are compliant with ECE regulations receive an e-Mark, a mandatory requirement for all automotive components and vehicles sold in the European Economic Area (EEA).

With the e-Mark to their products, automotive distributors and manufacturers are able to trade their products freely within the EEA, that is European Economic Area.

An e-Mark proves that your vehicles or components comply with the relevant EU/ECE regulations and can be sold in the EU, as well as other regions that have signed up to the ECE vehicle regulations.

This EU approval is mandatory for whole vehicles and a range of automobile systems and components.

Pedestrian safety is also of utmost importance to us.

We specially designed the right door view window to improve the driver’s field of vision. In addition, we installed 4 cameras all around the truck.

The installation position of the mixing tank is more reasonable, the force on the chassis is distributed more even, and the risk of vehicle rollover is reduced.

Steel of high strength is used for the chassis. Plus, the structure design is optimized to improve its torsion resistance and stability. Moreover, its centre of gravity is much lowered.

The body of the mixing tank, the turbine blades are made of Hardox wear-resistance steel plates, which are of high impact toughness, high resistance to abrasion. Also, it has better resistance to deforming. Furthermore, Hardox wear-resistant steel plate is 30% lighter than ordinary steel plate, which reduces fuel consumption. 

Helically designed blades can ensure that concrete is mixed evenly. In addition, most of the concrete can be unloaded, which reduces the maintenance costs significantly.
