After the recent busy work of receiving client visits, the winter weather has become even colder with the end of the year. Through the mist of the mall's ground-floor glass window, a warm Christmas atmosphere can be faintly seen. The technical staff and foreign trade follow-up department personnel of the company are still working on the front line. Among them, engineer Zhang said, "After some customers visited us last two weeks, we took them to visit our company, factory, production line, and through meetings and detailed product sharing, some customers placed orders for a lot of goods at that time, which is a trust in our company and an affirmation of our technical staff's professionalism. When customers trust us, we also need to ensure that they can trust us. Now, we are conducting quality inspections and screenings on every product for customers, to ensure that the goods sent to them are satisfactory."

Engineer Zhang has been working in the truck parts industry for over 10 years, and his extensive product experience and responsible attitude have greatly impressed our customers. Despite being busy every Christmas, he always receives many blessings and thanks from foreign customers. He says, "Every time customers share photos of their family gatherings with me, I know it's their way of expressing gratitude and wanting me to be with them during this important holiday. Some of our customers have been working with us for a long time, and their feelings for us are very deep."

Another busy person is Manager Yuan, the foreign trade follow-up department staff of the company. When we interviewed her, she was responding to customer calls, saying, "We won't take Christmas off, so don't worry. The goods will be shipped in January next year." According to Manager Yuan's reaction, for many foreign customers, after Christmas, they will start working towards next year, so timely delivery of goods is very important for their start of work next year. In addition, Manager Yuan also mentioned, "Many customers in the foreign trade industry work away from their home countries to screen better suppliers, and often don't go home for a year. Since they have chosen us, we should make sure that they have less work worries and more time to spend with their families during the time when they can be together with their loved ones."
